Cancellation Policy:

Thank you for your support of the Orthopedic Society of Oman, a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing orthopedic knowledge. Please be aware that all subscription purchases and conference ticket sales made through our website are non-refundable. Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be canceled.

Refund Policy:

We appreciate your commitment to our mission. However, refunds for subscription and conference tickets are not available. In the rare event of an Orthopedic Society of Oman conference cancellation, registrants will be promptly notified, and alternative arrangements or refunds may be offered at the discretion of the organization. Please note that the organization is not responsible for any other costs incurred by registrants, such as travel or accommodation expenses.

Return Policy:

As a non-profit organization, we do not have a return policy for subscription purchases or conference tickets. These transactions are considered final, and the tickets are non-transferable. If you find yourself unable to attend an event, we encourage you to view your purchase as a valuable contribution to the Orthopedic Society of Oman.
